GENERAL
✦ I mostly do cute and cartoonish art styles. So far, my preference is of drawing humans and simple backgrounds. I DO NOT draw NSFW - this includes naked bodies / sexual content / revealing clothes.PAYMENTS
✦ Full payment upfront is required before starting your commission. For safety purposes, all purchases must be done through VGEN / Kirke to ensure security for both parties.Other payment methods : TNG E-Wallet / Paypal are available.REVISIONS

✦ I make sure to give periodic updates for every step of the process. Being transparent is important so that the best possible results for the client are guaranteed. This should avoid any major revisions. Although, if there ARE any major revisions, where I will need to completely redo a step in the workflow process, an additional $30 / RM30 charge will be issued to you per workflow needing to be redone.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ Deadlines are determined based on each client. If you have a specific deadline, please tell me immediately. Deadlines WILL be adhered to. Unless there is an unavoidable, major life event which I will communicate with you about. These life events include sick days, hospital stays, family emergencies and deaths in the family.✦ If you need me to complete a project faster than the allotted time frames above, a rush fee will be invoiced to you. This rush fee may fluctuate based on the time you want your commission to be completed.✦ The final results are usually done within 2 weeks or 1-2 months depending on slots.USE
✦ Personal Use : Proper credit if you are posting said commissions on social media / works / projects. (e.g : @starriegalaxy / @starriegalaxy on IG (if posted on other social media) Credit in bio if used as profile pictures.✦ Commercial Use (Streaming and Content Creation) is included in your purchase. Merchandising fees will require a 20% fee on top of the final commission price.✦ NO UPLOADING TO AI / USING AI TO EDIT MY WORKS.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦ I retain shared rights to your work. I will be able to use your commission as promotional content and portfolio for future commissions. Please inform me if you consent to WIPs (work in progress) social media posts while I am working on your project or if you'd rather I post WIPs and the finished project after your project is done.REFUNDS
✦ Deposits are NON-refundable if the project is already in progress. If you are unsatisfied with my work, if I am unable to complete the final project or if there are any unreasonable delays, you are entitled to a 50% refund if the commission is already in progress upon request.COMMUNICATION
✦ Communication will be in the form of DMs (direct messages). I am most active in Discord and highly recommend discord as a form of communication if possible.✦ Updates will include low resolution, watermarked screenshots and/or videos to avoid suspicious activity.IF YOU BREAK THE RULES, IT WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLACKLISTED WITHOUT NOTICE.✦ This policy can be updated / is subject to change anytime.
